
Frisco Association for the Arts Reception to Announce Winners of First Annual T-Shirt Design Contest

The Frisco Association for the Arts will hold its first ever T-Shirt Design Contest Reception
announcing the winner of the art design that will adorn the Frisco Arts Membership T-Shirt for 2007.
The reception is sponsored by Capital One Bank.
The art work entries were designed and submitted by area students from the Frisco Independent
School District. The finalists' work will be on public display from February 9-16 during business
hours at Capital One Bank, 8989 Preston Road in Frisco. A panel of judges will vote to choose the
winning entry which will be announced at the reception on February 15th. Judges for the event
include Mayor Mike Simpson, Matt Lafata, Tony Felker, Joy West, Jim Joyner, Steve Matthews, Robbie
Robinson, Audie Adkins, Diana Moya and Massimo Pizzoleo.
A special appreciation event for the
students who submitted art will be held on February 17th at the new Frisco Arts Center,
6827 Main Street at 10 am.
