CTYO is pleased to present the Jazz Etude Workshop for all students interested in the art of jazz on September 15th at the McKinney Performing Arts Center. The UT Arlington Jazz Program with Director Tim Ishii, Assistant Director Dan Cavanagh and nationally renowned clinicians and musicians from the UT Arlington Jazz Program host the Jazz Etude Workshop. Workshop includes etude sessions for each instrument, classes in improvisation and creativity, music technology presentations followed by a free, open to the public performance by the UTA Jazz program.

The program is sponsored by the City of McKinney Community Development Corporation and McKinney Chamber of Commerce.
