Youth Ambassadors

Empowering Artistic Youth

 

Are you a student who is passionate about the arts? Do you need volunteer hours? Do you want to inspire others with the gift of music, art, and dance? Join our Frisco Arts Youth Ambassadors!

The Frisco Arts Youth Ambassadors are a diverse group of 6th-12th grade students who live in the DFW metroplex and desire to serve the community through the arts. Whether it is volunteering at Frisco Arts events, sharing your talent, or advocating for the arts within your circles of influence, we invite you to become a Frisco Arts Youth Ambassador. We believe that the arts is for everyone, and we welcome all cultures! Being involved in the Youth Ambassadors will also qualify you for a future Frisco Arts Scholarship!

The FRISCO FAIR ART CONTEST IS BACK!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING FINALISTS!!

Prizes will be awarded at the Frisco Fair on Sunday May 1st at 1pm at the Frisco Fair Opening Bell. 


Finalists should:
* Ensure their artwork is ready to hang with appropriate hardware such as hanging wire.
* Bring their art for install on May 1st to the Frisco Fresh Market from 12:30pm. 

* Address is 9215 John W. Elliott Drive Frisco, TX 75034

* Parking pass will be sent before May 1st.
* Have their artwork on display during the Frisco Fair with deinstall occurring on May 15th from 1pm to 4pm.

2022 Sweetwaters Youth Art Contest

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNING ARTISTS!!

Prizes will be awarded at the "Meet the Artists" event on May 14th at 2pm.

Winning Artists should:
* Ensure their artwork is ready to hang with hanging wire.
* Bring their art for install on May 1st from 5pm to 6pm.
* Have their artwork on display during the month of May with deinstall happening on May 31st from 5pm to 6pm.
* Plan to attend the Artists Recognition on Saturday, May 14th at 2pm at the Sweetwaters Craig Ranch - 4701 S. Custer Rd, McKinney.

Disney Imagineer Murals

Nov. 2020

Disney Imagineer Timmy Britt created an Epcot-style experience at Language Lab Academy in Frisco. He invited young artists to work alongside his team of artists from Disneyworld and Universal.  

Youth Art Exhibition

Our 2nd Frisco Arts Youth Exhibition was hosted at the Lincoln Experience Center at the Star, curated by Signature Reflection! We were honored to have Senator Jane Nelson and Congressman Van Taylor visit the exhibition.
